Rainie Howard, MA is a nationally recognized empowerment specialist, author and entrepreneur. She is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sisters of Hope Inc, an award-winning 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Mrs. Howard spent more than 12 years mentoring youth and is respected as a leading authority trailblazer in the fields of women empowerment, youth development, and life enhancement. Through groundbreaking research and life-changing work with women and girls, she passionately inspires excellence, healthy behaviors, self-empowerment, and personal growth in the lives of all people.
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, after graduating from high school Rainie moved to Chicago, IL to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art from Chicago State University. Rainie later received her Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from the College of Business at Webster University. Rainie resides in St. Louis, MO as a humanitarian, author and entrepreneur expert, wife and mother of two. Rainie’s mission is to live with purpose and accomplish excellence in all areas of life while supporting others to do the same.

I am honored to be a founder and lifetime supporter of Sisters of Hope, Inc. The wonderful girls, their families, the women mentors, and volunteers are family to me. I’m amazed by the positive attitudes, perseverance and grace that are expressed during meetings, events and programs.
Sisters of Hope must continue to grow world-wide and as an entrepreneur and community leader, I know about growth and its requirements. As the CEO of this great organization, I will draw upon my skills, talents and faith in God to help Sisters of Hope reach its full potential.
